This Privacy Policy explains how Loopify Independent Media handles personal data on this website (legal.loopify.pro). It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the ePrivacy Directive.

What we process on this site
Server log data
When you load a page, our hosting provider's web server temporarily processes:
- IP address (truncated where feasible);
- Date and time of the request;
- The URL requested and the HTTP response;
- The referrer (where your browser sends one);
- The user agent (browser identification string).

If you accept or reject cookies via our banner, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. If your browser sends an Accept-Language header indicating Italian, the homepage may redirect you to the Italian version of the site.

Email correspondence
If you write to us at support@loopify.pro, we receive your e-mail address and the contents of your message and process them solely to respond.

- Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR depending on the matter
- Retention:
- Generally for the duration of the matter and a reasonable archival period; correction-request records may be kept longer where necessary to demonstrate compliance with editorial standards

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO): https://uodo.gov.pl/. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you reside.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 16.
International transfers
Where our DNS/CDN provider (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) processes data on our behalf, transfers to the United States are subject to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
